Order Cancellation
We encourage our customers to be fully aware of products they plan to purchase. However, at times our customers may realise that they have ordered the wrong item after confirming their order. Alhamd Smartliving permits these customers to cancel their order within 24 hours from the time of original order. Cancellation can be processed as a credit for future purchases but no cash refund will be made.
For orders that are cancelled after 24 hours or if products are already in transit for delivery, the customer is not entitled to cancel these orders. Alhamd Smartliving has all the rights to reject the cancellation and refrain from giving store credit.
Returns
If the customer is not happy with the product upon delivery, products may be returned for replacement within 7 days. We do not offer cash refunds but can offer store credit.
Customers may be entitled to a replacement for return of goods within seven 7 days under the following conditions:
- Product(s) sold is not of merchandisable quality;
- Product(s) sold is faulty upon verification and confirmation from Alhamd Smartliving.
- Product(s) sold does not correspond with description on the invoice.
Pertaining to any other conditions, Alhamd Smartliving has the right to refuse replacement.
Should a customer wish to exchange an item due to change of preference, customer should adhere to below requirements.
- Original receipt is presented at the return.
- The item is returned within seven 7 days of purchase
- The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
- It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; and
- The product is not one on which exchange is not available
If these requirements are not satisfied, Alhamd Smartliving reserves the right not to offer an exchange.
Any goods specially ordered and/or tailor- made for the customer will not be exchanged.
Customers wishing to return goods are required to provide proof of purchase. No return will be provided in the absence of the original Tax Invoice.
Any goods specially ordered and/or tailor- made for the customer will not be refunded or replaced.

Alhamd Smartliving reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.
