Alhamd Smartliving is committed to deliver your orders accurately and on time at all times. However, web order customers are advised of the below noted delivery policy;
- a) Confirmed orders are delivered within approximately 3 to 4 days’ in Viti Levu and 4 to 7 days’ in Vanua Levu if dispatched from Western Warehouse.
- b) Confirmed orders to be delivered to other islands except Viti Levu and Vanua Levu, will only be delivered up to the closest maritime jetty from our branch. Customer should make arrangements with respective shipping companies’ for onward delivery. Alhamd Smartliving accepts no responsibility for any damage caused during maritime deliveries.
c)For any orders to be delivered to other Pacific Islands countries, the applicable shipping charges, documentation requirements, payment methods and any other export related information will be discussed by one our representatives upon receiving your inquiry.
